Image File Format: Submit ALL ads in electronic form by e-mail or by CD labeled with your company name. If you submit a hard copy of your ad via mail or fax, we cannot guarantee that the quality of your ad will remain the same after it has been printed.

Formats accepted are: .pdf, .tif or .jpg (high resolution only – 300 dpi or higher).

Placement
All positions, including covers, will be offered to the previous year’s holders on a first come first served basis. Current advertisers have until February 11, 2011 to renew that position. After that date, positions not renewed will be available on a first come, first-served basis. Assignments are made according to the date an order is received. Order may be sent ahead of copy. Please indicate the position in the directory that you prefer. Positions cannot be guaranteed, but we will try to meet your request when possible.
